AIDA is an acronym for Attention, Interest, Desire and Action that demonstrates the successsive stages buyers pass through in making a decision to purchase a product. It is used in marketing and advertising which helps managers develop effective communication strategies and communicate with customers in a way that better responds to their needs and desires. This colorful whimsical mosaic certainly captured my attention.

A very large, wonderful tropical island and the capitol city of Portugal Madeira archipelago. We rented a kymco scooter and drove the southern portion of the island. Our first destination was to Cabo Girão the tallest sea cliff in Europe and the second tallest in the world at 1,902 feet. From that vantage point we had stunning views of the island and to the distant horizon. We made a stop at Câmara de Lobos, a delightfully picturesque village that was painted by Winston Churchill during his stay in Madeira. Today it is a thriving fishing center, with an open market and sidewalk cafes. The quaint houses around its small bay belong to many of the islands fishermen.

Madeira is known for it’s gardens and wine cellars and the mountain sides are terraced with grape vineyards and banana groves. The magnificent coastal and inland scenery will leave you breathless.

I'm an abysmal golfer. My blog is my object of rumination. I like to carry my heart to new places, fill it with as much awe and wonder as it can hold and and let it overflow onto the pages.
